Born on August 14, 1981, in Sukhum, Abkhazian ASSR.
In 1998, finished school no. 20 in Sukhum and enrolled in the Economics Faculty of the Abkhazian State University.
In 1999, he changed universities. In 2003, he graduated from the Economics Faculty of the Saratov State Vavilov Agrarian University with a major in accounting and auditing.
From December 2003 to August 2004 – he was a leading specialist in the Department of the Financing of the Social Sphere and the Office of the Finance Committee of the Administration of the city of Saratov of the Russian Federation.
From August 2004 to February 2006 – he held various positions in the financial department of the Oktyabrsky district of the administration of the city of Saratov.
In 2005, he was assigned the qualification rank of the junior municipal adviser of the Russian Federation of class 3.
From February 2005 to February 2006, he passed professional retraining at the Saratov regional institute of retraining and advanced training of senior personnel and specialists of the agro-industrial complex with a major in the organization of legal support.
In 2007, at the Saratov State Vavilov Agrarian University defended his Ph.D. thesis on the subject of “Economics and National Economy Management”, on the topic of “Economic regulation of proportionality of production and consumption of agricultural products in the regional food market: the example of the Saratov region”.
From April 2007 to June 2007 – he was a leading specialist in the sector of integrated planning of the consolidated analytical department of the Finance Committee of the Saratov Administration.
From September 2007 to January 2009 – he was an adviser on legal issues of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia.
From January 2009 to October 2011 – he was Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Abkhazia.
From October 2011 to October 2014 – Minister of Culture of the Republic of Abkhazia.
From 2015 to this day - he is engaged in entrepreneurial activity.
Married, has two sons.
