CONGRATULATORY TELEGRAM TO SERGEY SHOIGU ON HIS BIRTHDAY
Raul Khadjimba congratulated Minister of defense of Russian Federation Sergey Shoigu on his 60th birthday.
The text of the congratulatory telegram, in particular, says:
"You are deeply respected here in Abkhazia. Our nation will never forget the support and assistance that you provided during rough times of the Patriotic war of 1992-1993. We highly appreciate your contribution to the development and strengthening of Abkhaz-Russian relations.
In conditions when the relations between Abkhazia and Russia are stepping on a new level of alliance and strategic partnership, the cooperation between our countries in military sphere acquires a special importance. I have no doubt that close and effective cooperation between defense bodies of our countries will become a major contribution to the regional stability and security in Transcaucasia".
