President Raul Khadzhimba sent congratulatory telegrams to Veniamin Kondratiev and Rustam Minnikhanov on account of their election as heads of the federal subjects of the Russian Federation.

The congratulatory telegram to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, in particular, notes:

Today, Tatarstan is one of the most successful and progressive federal subjects of the Russian Federation. I am sure that your work as President will continue to serve the goal of ensuring the prosperity of the republic and of improving the lives of its citizens”.
