President Raul Khadzhimba congratulated the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov and Russian diplomats on their professional holiday – the Diplomatic Worker’s Day of the Russian Federation.
The congratulatory telegram, in particular, states:
