President Raul Khadzhimba expressed condolences on account of the tragic death of Vladimir Moskalenko, ataman of the Sukhum special department of the Kuban Cossack Army.
“It is a great loss for the Cossacks of Abkhazia, since ataman Moskalenko made an invaluable contribution to their formation”, - it is stated in Raul Khadzhimba’s telegram to the relatives and friends of Vladimir Moskalenko.
