Russia always had strong traditions of patriotism and dedicated service to the Fatherland.
In today’s situation of global instability, Russia shows an example of consistent peaceful policy and dedication in the defence of its national interests. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation serve in many states, including Abkhazia.
The presence of Russian military bases on the territory of the Republic of Abkhazia shows our strong strategic partnership and cooperation in the maintenance of peace in the region.
On this pleasant occasion, allow me to wish you, dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, good health and new successes in the service to the people and the state, and to the Russian people – peace and prosperity.
