On May 21, President of the Republic of Abkhazia Aslan Bzhaniya signed the following Decrees: “On the Deputy Chairman – Head of the Border Detachment of the State Security Service”, “On the Chairman of the State Youth and Sports Committee of the Republic of Abkhazia”, “On the Chairman of the State Repatriation Committee of the Republic of Abkhazia”.
