President of the Republic of Abkhazia signed a Decree “On the Acting Chairman of the State Security Service of the Republic of Abkhazia”.
The Decree states:
“The duties of the Acting Chairman of the State Security Service of the Republic of Abkhazia are to be assigned to Deputy Chairman of the State Security Service of the Republic of Abkhazia R. Kiut”.
